About Us
Parr’s Bank Hotel is an independently owned, boutique hotel situated in the heart of Warrington, Cheshire.
A Grade II listed building built in 1877, it is owned and managed by a local husband and wife team who are passionate about the town and its heritage. Their vision is to create a truly unique leisure experience in the town.
The Parr’s Bank is being lovingly restored by local husband and wife team Yaad (33) and Pavan (30) who bought the Grade II listed building early 2020. The former bank had been sitting empty for 8 years and was in a complete state of disrepair. However the pair saw beyond this and had the vision of creating a Boutique Hotel aimed for business travel and renting out the ground floor space.

The Parrs Bank is a luxury, boutique hotel with 15 individually styled ensuite bedrooms. The sumptuous furnishings and sympathetic design of each bedroom reflects the grandeur of the building, providing the perfect place to relax, dine and celebrate. In addition to our locally sourced breakfast, we invite guests to relax in the main Banking Hall, the Gallery, Counter’s coffee house, or enjoy a drink in the Vault Room.
Counter’s
Tucked into the corner of Parr’s Bank Hotel, Counter’s is our delightfully decadent coffee, snacks and drinks bar. Inspired by our 19th-century heritage, the former Counting Room is home to boutique brews, expertly crafted coffees, and deliciously morish delicatessen foods. Come on in to see, taste, and experience it for yourself.

Located on Winwick Street, in the heart of the Stadium Quarter, The Parrs Bank is Warrington’s only independently owned boutique hotel.
Lovingly restored by husband and wife team, Yaad and Pavan Johal, many of the original Victorian features remain including the art-deco floor tiles, oak flooring, marble pillars and stunning ceiling chandelier. Originally serving Warrington’s elite, the Parrs Bank first opened its doors in 1877 and is now Grade II listed.
Seeped in history and oozing luxury – the impressive Banking Hall, boutique hotel and Counter’s Coffee Bar contained within, offers visitors the unique opportunity to step inside one of Cheshire’s finest heritage buildings.
